A project in Hong Kong which also engage public participation, through exhibit the schematic design to the general public, and everyone can give their comment. But who knows will the comments really listen by Foster + Partners...
Anyway, this kind of method already exist in the real world and fully make sense. Since the public is the end-user and tax payer, they have the right to know and decide what to build in their city.
